We require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure appointments. This is redeemable on your service. If you need to reschedule it will remain on your account as a credit for a future booking but cannot be returned.

Your booking is pending until you receive confirmation from our team.

Prices are starting from and subject to change according to hair thickness and length. Your stylist will provide a quote in-person during the consultation process.

We offer Afterpay in-salon, so you can have the hair you want now and pay later—interest free.

48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Please see our cancellation policy below.

Collection of Information

In order to use the Salon Bo website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, supports and accounts, including emails.

Refund Policy

Please contact us within one week of your appointment if you have any concerns about your hair and require an adjustment. We do not offer refunds on hair services. We will only accept returns on faulty products that have been purchased within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. Contact us to arrange for the damaged goods to be repaired or replaced. A refund will only be given if a product is no longer in stock.
